Right now I'm building a real estate intelligence platform in Bali: scraping tens of thousands of listings across several sources, running automated ELT pipelines, and surfacing market insights through a live dashboard. Before that, I delivered a construction delay prediction system for a government infrastructure client. Real data, real stakes.

- Architected VPS scraping infrastructure with Docker Compose, cron/launchctl scheduling, and Cloudflare R2 for cross-machine coordination. Bronze/Silver data layers with staging review and 31 quality flags.
